Job Description As Physical Therapy Clinic Director , your responsibilities will be managing the overall leadership and operation of our outpatient clinic in Ellicott City. With the support of experienced administration, you will be providing outstanding one-on-one patient care, as well as supervising both clinical and office staff and ensuring all APTA standards, policies, and procedures are followed. - - Qualifications

• Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum.
• Previous staff supervisory responsibility, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting strongly preferred.
• Current state of Maryland license, CPR certification.
• Exercise and manual-based skills, McKenzie skilled, and sports rehabilitation.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
• Ability to market the clinic by networking and visiting physician offices. Additional Information Bonus/Incentive Transparency The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,0000 plus, based on experience . Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
