Job Overview: A prominent law firm located in Washington, DC, seeks an associate to join its market-leading Infrastructure practice. This role requires 3-7 years of experience in infrastructure-focused projects, particularly in PPP and alternative delivery methods, and offers a dynamic, client-focused environment.Duties:

  • Represent equity investors, financing parties, strategic operators, and contractors in infrastructure projects.
  • Engage with projects in transit, utilities, energy transition, higher education, water, and social infrastructure.
  • Navigate the full life cycle of infrastructure projects, including M&A and financing.
  • Handle P3 concession agreements, design-build contracts, USDOT loans, and competitive procurements.Requirements:
    • 3-7 years of relevant experience.
    • Excellent academic credentials and superior communication skills.
    • Membership to the State Bar of DC is required.Education:
      • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:
        • Active membership in the State Bar of DC.Job Location:
